After a few days of "sleep therapy" for my jet lag in the Bavarian countryside, I was ready to teach on March 13.
However the youth shooting near Stuttgart deeply cracked the "perfect picture." After an intense Kundalini Yoga set and deep meditation, the Friday women's class shared how we, as women, hold the psyche of our families and our communities. We acknowledged that our personal grace, excellence and radiance give us a stable base for ourselves and for those around us.

The Kundalini Yoga Zentrum Munchen is managed by a core team with support groups for specific projects, marketing, and monthly program development.
